Atelopus arthuri is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss. It has not been seen for more than 20 years and considered probably extinct.
